...THANKS FOR VISITING!!! I am a (semi-retired) registered nurse, ballet and gymnastics mom, and amateur triathlete. I am quite proud of my triathlete status, as a while back, in high school, I was told never to run again (by a MD...) and I LISTENED... I got my degree, worked in critical care, married, had children...and one day...saw an ad in my local sports club that said..."Put yourself in the best shape of your life...Join the triathlon club" (In Spanish, of course, as I live in Mexico...At first, I said, "What is triathlon?!" Then, I consulted the internet...said to myself, "Self, I think this is something you CAN do!" So, I joined, and here I am, almost 2 years later, still having a ball, enjoying my training completely, being competitive in my age-group, and still setting higher and higher goals for myself. THANK GOD FOR TRIATHLON!!!!

Quilting, baking, triathloning, as well as watching American football and Mexican soccer.

Dance, rock/heavy metal, Christian/Inspirational, OK..just about anything and everything! As long as it has a good beat for training, or a good message, for my mental health!!

Recientemente encontre un poema se llamamaba, "Si el amor fuera flor...seria margarita" Es de una chica que se llama: Daniela Ramirez Zacarias...de verdad...es impresionante como se relaciona el amor con objetos comunes...Todavia estoy buscando el libro: "Hablando Sola"...que contiene el poema, y tal vez otras poesias...creo que vale la pena buscarlo...SALUDOS AMIGOS, Y SUERTE CON SUS AMORES! wow genial !!! la vd es una experiencia d otro nivel d porsi el medio es otro tipo d nivel el ironman wow q envidia , cuando vas, el proximo año ? hey pues si t recomiendo q le pongas mucho enfasis a la bici y a la corrida y trata d pedalear siempre en solitario t va a ayudar mucho ya q no se permite el draft :S !

hola hola pues q padre q t haya gustado el tri, estuvo bien auqneu hubieron 2 q tres detallitos pero bueno , t comento q efectivamente marco es el nombre del chavo q inscribioel relevo yo soy victor jeje e hice la parte de la bike y pues para el proximo pues ahi contiempo te paso algunos lugarcitos de por aca que son d visita obligada un saludo y a esguirle entrenando !
